Amber's Pichi Pichi: To die For :)

Friday, April 20, 2012

Honestly speaking, Thanks to Atlas Publishing Co. Inc., where I used to work as an Editorial Assistant, for giving me the idea of how delicious and affordable eating at their restaurant. Usually, we would call for a delivery, especially if there are occasions such as Birthdays and more. We love their efficient service since they deliver it hot and instant.

More over my favorite at Amber's is their one of a kind PICHI PICHI! It is really to die for, I can eat a box of it without getting tired of it. I don't know what's the secret of their Pichi Pichi but trust me, if you haven't tried it yet, you're missing half of your life :) It is really delicious :)

Check out their official website here-> http://amber.com.ph/index.php

AMBER GOLDEN PLATE RESTAURANT was established in December 14, 1988 located along the busy intersections of Filmore and Emilia Streets in Barangay Palanan in Makati City. Exactly after ten years, the second branch was founded as

AMBER GOLDEN SPOON RESTAURANT, situated along the Old National Highway in Barangay Bayanan, Muntinlupa City.

AMBER serves mostly Filipino dishes specializing in Pancit Malabon and Pichi-Pichi. Through the years, the menu evolved focusing on what the consumers are looking for; quality food and the least possible cost.

At present, AMBER has a dine-in and take-home counter, delivery services (Makati, Muntinlupa and Manila) and catering unit to accommodate small and big functions for any occasion.

AMBER has a variety of noodle, pork, chicken, seafood, beef and vegetable dishes that can be served in gatherings, meetings and parties in offices and homes.

When you see RED and YELLOW riders on the road, rest assured that you have called AMBER GOLDEN CHAIN OF RESTAURANTS - The Home of the Original Pancit Malabon and Delicious Pichi-Pichi.

TRIVIA: "AMBER" is a resin that comes out from a tree sap. This is golden-brown in hue and is considered and believed to be lucky in businesses.

Over the years, I noticed that Amber's foods did not change its quality. If it did, it probably have been on the better side that's why more and more customers are coming back. I keep coming back for more. I just hope the size of their Pichi Pichi will not shrink over the years, after all, we love it as it is :)
