Pazzo Rollio 


Pazzo Rollio opens its doors with its first outlet at Robinsons' Magnolia, Pazzo Rollio is a fast casual restaurant serving hand rolled pizzas, pasta bowls, cannelloni rolls, lasagnes and chopped salads. Born from the belief that everyone is entitled to experience fresh, healthy food, in a warm and inviting atmosphere, the restaurant features its signature dish, the Pazzo Rollio: paper thin.crust dough made from natural and organic flour, topped with your fresh ingredients and baked to perfection, and served with organic Arugula and Alfalfa.

They have a really cute set which has a second where you feel like climbing a tree house, 
I enjoyed eating up there because we chose to dine upstairs.  
I also like the ambiance of the resto because the lights are not dim, you can fully appreciate the food and I hope they will also maintain the clean smell of the resto and also the set up.
The colors schemes which are red and black added up to its sophisticated look but mind you, they offer affordable dishes that you can share with friends or love ones.

MARIKO JACINTO



Mariko is no stranger to the restaurant industry. Her foodservice success dates back in the 80's through the 90's with Tampopo Japanese concept restaurant in Vera Mall, Makati Cinema Square, as well as in SM and Robinsons Malls. She also opened Moshi Moshi Japanese fast food in a number of SM food courts in the 90's, as well as managed Inaho-tei, a Japanese restaurant at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel during its early years.

CHEF IVAN TAJONERA

He graduated with an HRM degree from the DLSU-St. Benilde. With over six years of industry experience,Chef Ivan has become known for his signature dish, the "Pazzo Rollio," (Italian for Crazy Rolled Pizzas), which has become very popular in the mainstream market and raved by numerous food writers and bloggers.

Ms. YUKI TAJONERA-TALWAR

Miyuki is responsible in overseeing the administration and completion of the restaurant from budgeting to planning to implementation. She has been living in New York with her two children and husband but travel back and forth to the Philippines frequently.

Miyuki holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2000 and has worked for a Management Consulting firm abroad specializing in Project Management and Consulting.
