A Fun Blogapalooza 2013 Experience

Saturday, December 07, 2013

This was my first time to attend one of the most awaited events of Bloggers which is the Blogapalooza and thankfully, I super enjoyed it! It was nice to mingle around with my fellow bloggers and checking out different partner establishments of Blogapalooza.

The event happened last November 16 at SM Aura SMX Convention Center.
Blogapalooza is a community of Bloggers and big/small entrepreneurs where they build trust, commitment and understanding to help promote one another.

Blogapalooza is organized by When In Manila by Vince Golangco, who acted as the main host of the event. Other co-organizers were The Awesome Planet by Anton Diaz and Francis Simisim who also presented some fresh ideas, advices and tips on how to become an effective blogger. Bloggers like me enjoyed freebies everywhere and as for companies, they have automatic free advertising once we publish our blog posts about them in return.

Here our some of the partner establishments that offered fun activities
with exciting prizes too!:

Here's the list of the big companies who joined the Blogapalooza this year:

Tropicana Coco Quench, Megaworld, Gavino's Donuts and Berry Drink
Go Nattural, Rich Prime, PLDT, Whirlpool, Figaro

Grab a Taxi, View Park Hotel Tagaytay, Tempura Japanese Grill
Eagle's Wings, Levels Philippines, Chef's Noodle
Ambient Digital, PRC, Wheatgrass, I Love Lulu Nails, NY Theraspine

San Miguel Foods, Gurkka.com Zipmatch, Ysa Skin Care Corp., Plato Wraps
Best Brew Coffee Solutions, BYS Cosmetics Philippines,
Enjoy the Best Philippines Smart, Mind Museum

There are a lot of fun activities during the Blogapalooza, of course at first I was a bit baffled on how it works and my head is spinning with excitement because there are a lot of booths to visit and choose from!

There are also speakers and online sensations like Bogart the Explorer and Mikey Bustos, GoNegosyo’s Ramon Lopez, AFFI’s Armando Bartolome, Hottie DJ Karen Bordador, Comedy Cartel's  Tim Tayag, Derf Hebrado, James Caraan and Marlon Olivan,
MRM Worldwide's Jason Cruz, Philip the Lifestyle Guy, and the Boys Night Out's Sam YG, ToniTony and Slick Rick.

This is another perk of going to Blogapalooza.  By just listening to the speakers while they share their success and experiences online makes you feel more challenged to
use your creative juices and and blog away!

Aside from this, not only do we get to partner with big companies, but this year Blogapalooza also took part in the relief efforts to collect funds for the Yolanda victims with The Piggybank Movement. I believe it was also the perfect time to donate since Christmas is just around the corner, plus let us make them feel the spirit of Christmas too.

All in all, it was a two thumbs up experience! I came home like I went shopping with different goodies on my bag.  The organizers of the Blogapalooza did a perfect job with this year's event. I met new Bloggers and it's a new challenge for me to be a Blogger with sense. To influence with the power of writing and to do it the right way.

Thank you so much to all the organizers of Blogapalooza!
It was a wonderful experience!
