Azalea Residences Baguio: A Holiday Haven at its Finest

Baguio will always be the summer capital of the Philippines and I have experienced how wonderful it is to be at Baguio come Summer days but this is my first time to visit Baguio during the rainy season and I truly enjoyed it. The cold weather, the fog, the jacket and everything that is associated with something COLD. Yes, I also recommend traveling to Baguio during these months so that you can experience the really cold weather.
But if you're heading to Baguio soon, let me recommend a really cozy and wonderful place to stay that will make you feel like your at home as well, this is based from experience because I just went here last August 16 till 18. Launched only last February 2011, Azalea Residences is gaining patronage from Baguio’s vacationers who not only come from Manila or any part of our country but also outside the Philippines.
It is a four star hotel which has full services and amenities of a serviced apartment and the luxury of a hotel with atmosphere and comforts of a home. Azalea's name came from the flowering shrubs "Azalea" which is also known in China as "thinking of home bush".
The contemporary design of Azalea Residences will awe you, making you appreciate it eye-catching facade especially at night.
Located along Leonard Wood Road, five minutes away from Session Road, in a secluded hill that promises both peace and quiet of country living and the proximity to the city's main attractions and happenings.

The Presidential Room
I was really impressed with the Presidential Room that made my mouth seem to be hanging open while I check out the virtual fire place. It seems to good to be true! This room is perfect for a big family who wants to have a splendid vacation at its finest here at Azalea Residences.

Other than the captivating Presidential Room, Azalea Residences Baguio has 99 modern luxury suites, Guest can choose from any of its 46 deluxe hotel rooms, 17 one-bedroom suites, 33 two-bedroom suites, and three three-bedroom suites. There is enough room for everybody that the hotel is undaunted by large numbers of guests.
Azalea has provided almost anything a guest can ask for to the level of coziness and comfort that each room can offer with its sofa bed and flat-screen TV with cable; toilet and bath with hot and cold water; a bath tub (for two and three-bedroom’s master toilet); queen-sized beds with imported bed linens; and a balcony in chosen rooms.
Whenever I get the chance to travel and check in at a hotel, I have this pet peeve when it comes to comfort rooms. I would always go straight to the comfort room and check out because it is one of my most favorite part of the house, and in this case a room. Azalea Residences offers the best comfort Room and you got all toiletries that you might need in the future.
Amenities like dining table and chairs, crockery, kitchen appliances and utensils, coffee and tea making facilities among others. Even while on vacation, get-togethers can’t do without home-cooked meals. Azalea guests can cook up dishes in the room’s kitchen with the freshest vegetables from the Baguio market.
While staying at Azalea Residences, be sure to check out the other facilities spread throughout its premises. At the lobby lounge, you can find the souvenir shop, business center, Tradisyon Comfort Food Cafe, 8 degrees lounge, and a playground. On our first night at Azalea Residences, we tried their Hot Pot which is perfect for the cold weather. Your mornings will always be a bright start because they offer buffet breakfast which is what I always look for when I stay in a hotel.
This is what I ate for breakfast because they serve buffet breakfast and everything that you can ever think of is there. From pancakes to fried rice and fresh fruits, they have it.
This is what we have for lunch which also tasted really delicious even the dessert and my strawberry mango shake is really perfect. I'm craving for it now.
Dinner is just as perfect, no one will leave the dinner table in an empty stomach because Tradisyon Cafe offers the best Filipino dishes as well! You might also want to try their mouth watering fruit shakes fresh from the Baguio market!
Come "merienda" you might want to try their delectable sweet pastries and croissants plus you can even throw a tea party with your friends because these pastries are perfect while catching up with your love ones! They offer different kinds of Latte and Tea will surely make your day!
