Max's Innovates with Delivery Service to Delight its Customers

Monday, September 29, 2014

Max's Restaurant held a grand celebration last September  18 at Whitespace Pasong Tamo, Makati City. It is a celebration of delight graced by Max's Restaurant employees together with branch managers, and the company's CEO Mr. Robert F. Trota.
I super love the set up that they did during the event, it will travel you back in time when Max's Restaurant started. The facade makes you reminisce that good ol' times of Manila and other areas where Ma'x started. It has been 70 years since Maximo Gimenez showcased his "Sarap to the Bones" original recipe that we Filipinos love up until now.
The event was hosted by no less than Ms. Iya Villana-Arellano. There were intermission numbers as well and I super enjoyed the dance number that includes different dancing lights as well. It's pretty entertaining joined with good food.

Max’s Restaurant CEO Ms. Carolyn Patricia Salud welcomed the guests as they
re-launched its delivery service, giving the segment a more fresh and innovative look, while also strengthening the nostalgic feel that customers have always loved whenever they bite into Max's spread of classic Filipino dishes.
Max’s Marketing Director Mr. Mark Gamboa shared with us how they come up with
the re-launched of Max's Delivery. They always wanted to "delight" the customers adding how memorable it is for them to hear positive feed backs every time they deliver food in different parts of the Philippines even abroad. It is truly a genuine, thoughtful and delightful experience which made them innovate more the delivery system.
They also awarded the branch that has delivered a million mark in just 1 month which is the Max's Restaurant Quezon City Circle branch.
Medwin and Eugene of True Faith were also present during the said event and they also
interpreted the newest jingle of Max's Restaurant focusing on the delight the customers experiences every time they order via delivery. This only proves how Max's continues to
makes strides in establishing itself as one of the most loved and relevant brands today.
A toast was initiated after Max's Restaurants Marketing Manager for Delivery presented the new uniforms of the Delight riders and he also let an oath taking, "Panata ng Isang Max's Rider".

"The growth that has been achieved by Max's Delivery is remarkable. Now, Filipinos may enjoy their favorite Max's sarap to the bones dishes and other delectable offerings by just ordering online or via Max's delivery hotline 7-9000. An innovative development, Filipinos overseas may also surprise their loved ones in the Philippines by sending them their favorite Max's dishes through Max's online delivery," shared Orly Villanueva, Marketing Manager for Delivery & eCommerce.
