Frencheska Farr Ignites in her "Let My Fire Out" Concert

Frencheska Farr is one of my favorite in her respective field. Although there are many singers nowadays especially in her home network GMA 7, she rose up above them all simply because she simply  stands out with no effort at all.

Last October 16, she light up Teatrino, Greenhills with her "Let my fire out" concert and it was indeed a major success. The singing sensation gave her very best and the audience enjoyed how powerful her voice is and her choice of songs were truly amazing.

Frencheska’s whole family and friends came to support the event. Among the Kapuso stars present were showbiz institution German Moreno, Rocco Nacino, Mark Herras, Miguel Tanfelix, Enzo Pineda, Bela Padilla, Wyn Marquez, Geleen and Mayton Eugenio, Yassi Pressman, JC Tiuseco, Christian Bautista, and former La Diva members Jonalyn Viray, Maricris Garcia and Aicelle Santos.

Frencheska opened the concert with a powerful rendition of Ariana Grande’s Break Free. The Kapuso songstress sparkled in a gold sequined jersey and went on to perform Macklemore’s Can’t Hold Us. The crowd cheered for Frencheska, who has definitely come a long way from winning the reality singing search, Are You The Next Big Star in 2009.

The audience loved the performance of Julie Anne San Jose with Frencheska as well. They performed the newest collaboration from Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj titled Bang Bang. The crowd also enjoyed Julie Anne’s rendition of Iggy Azaleia and Rita Ora’s Black Widow.

From fast beats, Frencheska transitioned into nice and slow songs and performed Beyonce’s XO, Ellie Goulding’s Burn and David Guetta and Sia’s Titanium. Then, Frencheska changed into a sleek white and black outfit and performed Sia’s Chandelier. Christian Bautista was called onstage to have a duet with Frencheska. He then gave his rendition of Rihanna’s Where Have You Been.

Since it was Thursday, Frencheska threw back some of her songs that were used in film and television. She sang the Captain Barbell official sound track, Isama Mo Ako, and Suddenly It’s Magic, which was the theme of the movie with the same title. I super love that song and I believe the song fitted her voice perfectly!

The highlight of the concert was Frencheska’s performance of her own composition, Let My Fire Out.  She sung it with pure emotions and it was indeed moving.

Finally, she did a medley of today’s greatest hits. She dedicated Coldplay’s Fix You to her mom and sang Zedd’s Find You and Clarity. For the finale, she sang Jessie J’s Laserlight as the crowd sang and danced along. Fun would be an understatement for the show that Frencheska Farr pulled off. I definitely enjoyed this concert and I hope she will have a major concert soon in a bigger venue. It's past time true "singers" who have raw talent in singing owns the stage and perform to their beloved supporters.

Congrats Frencheska! check out some of the videos on her concert:
