Jennylyn Mercado's New Album "Never Alone" features duet with Janno Gibbs and Dennis Trillo

After what seems to be a long time, supporters of Jennylyn Mercado will surely be excited with her new album "Never Alone". There is no doubt how multi-talented Jennylyn is, she's been in the industry for years now after Star Struck and has proven how versatile she as an actress. This also serves as a gift as she will be celebrating her 10th year in the showbiz industry.

Just recently, Jennylyn released a new album "Never Alone" with the carrier single "Basta't Nandito Ka".  Her melodious voice accompanied with an easy to memorize lyrics composed by no less than Mr. Vehnee Saturno who also composed her song back in 2004 entitled "Kahit Sandali".

Jennylyn mentioned how excited she is with this album because she really missed singing although she said she wants to balance being an actress and promoting her album as well. 
Together with GMA Records, they chose what songs will cover her album, she said that she also suggested some tracks for her album. There's also a duet in her album. 

With Ms. Janno Gibbs and Dennis Trillo. Upon mentioning Dennis Trillo's, she was asked how Dennis became part of the album. Jennylyn said that he was a good friend, he also loves to sing and GMA Records said that it will be nice if they can do a duet together, the song "After All" which was originally sung by Peter Cetera and Cher. 

Jennylyn was teased if it was possible if she and Dennis can be together again, 
“Hindi ko pa po alam. Sa ngayon po ay sa iba naka-focus ang atensyon ko, sa trabaho ko, sa pamilya ko, ganu’n po.” She was also being linked with her co-star in an upcoming movie "English Only Please" with Derek Ramsay and she said, “Hindi, si Derek, kaibigan ko siya talaga. Nagkaroon ako ng isang kaibigan talaga kay Derek. Kasi talagang malalapitan mo siya, makakausap mo siya, ’yung ganu’n. Nakikita mo kung paano siya makitungo sa tao, ganyan. Nakakatuwa.”

Jennylyn’s newest album will mark her comeback to GMA Records as well as her 10th anniversary in the entertainment industry. It includes 10 OPM songs, such as “Kahit Sandali,” “Sa Hatinggabi,” the theme song of GMA Network’s highest-rating teleserye, “Rhodora X,” and “Abot Langit,” the love theme of the upcoming rerun of the hit Koreanovela, “Jewel in the Palace.” A revival of the Ella Mae Saison hit “Til My Heartaches End” will also be featured in the album.

Jennylyn's album Never Alone is now available in all leading music stores nationwide. Her album debuted #1 of iTunes Philippines when it was launched digitally. You can download it via iTunes, Spotify and Deezer.
