Kristoffer Martin and Joyce Ching Paired Again in their Upcoming Afternoon Prime Teleserye Healing Hearts

Fans of Kristoffer Martin and Joyce Ching are for sure excited to witness the upcoming project of this two ex-lovers but are now good friends. They are both part of the upcoming GMA 7's newest afternoon prime teleserye entitled "Healing Hearts" that will premiere this coming April.
Healing Hearts evolves on the story of how a two different Mother will long for their daughter and how each of their character will find ways to live a normal life even though they are longing for that one thing that is missing in their lives.
Joyce and Kristoffer talks about their character in the upcoming soap. Joyce plays the role of "Mikaela", daughter of Ms. Mickey Ferriols, "Mom ko si Ms. Mickey at malalaman ko na siya pala yung pumatay sa Daddy ko kaya ayun, dun magkakaron ng struggles." Joyce said. "Ako dito si Jay, woman hater siya, dahil yung first girlfriend nya niloko sya, kaya akala nya totoo, akala nya sincere yung love pero niloko siya kaya nung pumasok si Joyce, dun nya binaling lahat ng paghihirap niya with his past relationship. So, technically dun mag start yung love story namin." Krystal Reyes is also part of the upcoming serye is she is the ex girlfriend of Kristoffer in the soap.
Kristoffer added that compared to other "Katulong-Amo" shows, their teleserye is much lighter. Mickey Ferriols will play the Mom of Joyce and Maureen Larrazabal will play the Mom of Krystal Reyes. It will also be a comeback project of Ms. Angelika Dela Cruz since she is dearly missed doing tv shows.
Joyce mentioned that she is excited and happy to finally have a lead role in Healing Hearts, she is also known for doing Kontrabida roles but this time she said, people should also get used to her doing nice roles. She described her role as being "shunga shunga" since she is that nice and naive about the world around her. Kristoffer said that Joyce is a versatile actress, "Si Joyce sobrang versatile, Siya kahit anong ibigay na role sa kanya kaya naman niya."
They also talked about how different is their role now compare to their roles before,
"Legit akong mayaman kasi before laging mahirap role ko, nasa bangketa kungsan man kaya happy ako." Kristoffer said. They feel confident about this teleserye because the material is good, their director and the staff are all good which is why they are giving their best to this project. They want to keep up to the good ratings the other Kapuso shows are getting on Afternoon prime as well.
They also talk about their working relationship because this is the first time they will be working together after their break up and they said that they are keeping it a a professional level. They've been good friends after the break up although there no good break ups according to Kristoffer, right now, they are having a good time together especially most of the time they see each other with tapings.
They both said that they're not closing their doors what the future will bring in their relationship, right now, they are just happy with their working relationship and their connection is much stronger right now. They don't have any plans yet for Valentines Day but they will keep the date open for possible activities with family or friends. They even recounted their Valentines Date before which is according to Kristoffer was their best date ever because they went to Ocean Adventure, it was Joyce's first time. Then they went to MOA, they ride MOA eye and ate out, simple yet very memorable for both of them.
