Solane took the opportunity to leverage on the spirit of forward-thinking among youth engineers in the event held on a street circuit at Rizal Park by promoting LPG as a safer source of power. “We pride ourselves in pioneering innovative LPG solutions that continually strive to meet our customers’ diverse energy needs for their homes and their businesses,” shared Isla LPG Corporation chief executive officer Ruben Domingo. “Through this partnership, we’ll be able to help people have a better perspective in the use of LPG.”

At the Solane booth, guests and participants enjoyed informative games such as spinning roulette and received conversion promos. Solane’s technical team also answered students’ burning questions on how LPG could be an environment-friendly, reliable and sustainable solution to society’s needs.

Solane’s partnership with the Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2015 is part of the company’s advocacy to promote safe cooking. Solane has been proactively campaigning particularly against the use of hazardous LPG tanks through their Sugod Barangay educational seminars and innovating product and services like its safety cap and seal and Authenticity Checker Facebook app.
