Rita Daniela Launches I'm Flying High Music Video

Rita Daniela's I'm Flying High Music Video was launched last June 18 at Off the Grill Bar & Restaurant located at Quezon City and it was indeed a jam packed event. Some of Rita's dear friends came over to support her together with her fans. Two of her closest friends in the showbiz industry were also present to perform on her video launch: Ms. Glaiza de Castro and Ms. Joyce Ching. 

The event was hosted by Kai and Rita's brother Roi who made sure the event will be fun filled and full of entertainment. 

Glaiza de Castro performed two of her songs from her album "Synthesis". Glaiza is one artists that I really love because she've already proven how versatile she can be and she's very talented as well. Not only does she sing really good but she also composes her own songs. These two songs that she performed were entitled "Dusk till Dawn" and "Barcelona". 
Glaiza's album Synthesis is available on all record bars nationwide!


Joyce Ching on the other hand even though she was not prepared to performed that night, she still sung "Terrified" for everyone and although it was an impromtu song number, I enjoyed it! Rita Daniela looked so gorgeous that night and she performed really well, as always. I always look forward watching her perform live because she's a total performer. She can sing that good and even dance with it since her album also contains upbeat songs.

From sweet and charming singer-turned TV/film actress, Rita is now ready to conquer the stage as a fierce and matured performer. Rita Daniela is an extended play (EP) that contains six songs including her carrier single entitled “I’m Flying High,” as well as the backing tracks (or minus one) of these songs.

Track list includes “Fallin’,” a revival of Janno Gibbs’ version, “Ihip ng Hangin,” used as “Seasons of Love” theme song, and “Di Lang Ikaw,” which is an original composition of Rita with her vocals used as back up.

We also got the chance to interview Rita after her launch and we personally congratulate her for an amazing performance and we also told her how we love her music video "I'm Flying High". The music video was choreographed by no less than Geleen Eugenio & Joe Abuda of Addlib. Rita mentioned that she was a big fan of Ms. Geleen and also the Addlib dancers which is why this music video is very special to her. The director of the music video is Harold Soon. 

Once you watched the video, you will surely can't help but follow the dance steps. 
Since the song "I'm Flying High" is really upbeat and dance-able, I love how Ms. Geleen and Joe choreographed the steps in a way that it is very easy to follow, classy yet catchy.
This will surely trend anytime soon. Plus, it also has that Beyonce-Jessie J jive.
Let me just add that only few OPM artists can REALLY sing and dance at the same time.
Rita is one of those few lucky ones. Rita added that before, she really just wanted to enter the showbiz industry but now, it's all very clear to her that she wanted to be successful
on her first love which is singing. This is where she wants to focus right now and although she still wants to accept acting projects, she would always give her 100% into singing.
