Dads are in for a treat as St. Luke's Medical Center offers the Gift of Health vouchers this Father's Day. For only Php 1,430.00, dads will be able to avail of a basic outpatient physical examination package, which includes Complete Blood Count (CBC), Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Visual Acuity Test, Chest X-Ray, Electrocardiography, and Physical Examination with a Triage Physician
A 10% discount can also be availed on selected supplementary tests, such as Stress Test, Lipid Profile, and Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA).
After the check-up, share a cup of coffee with your dad with the Starbucks Coffee gift card worth Php 300.00 that comes with the voucher. It may be used in any Starbucks Coffee branch.
The vouchers can be purchased exclusively at the HMO Concierge and Billing Section of St. Luke's Medical Center (Global City and Quezon City) from June 15 to 30, 2015. These vouchers may be used until a year after date issued.
