Meet the Grand Winner of Figaro Latte Art Championship 2015

Last November 14, Figaro held the Latte Art Championship at their branch in Makati. It was a big event for coffee enthusiasts and for those who loves Latte Art like me. Different Barista's battle for the title of Latte Art Champion.
The event started early and in the afternoon, five finalists were left battling for the title. Each Barista were given 10 minutes to produce a Latte Art coffee. Judges will determine the winner by checking how unique and appealing their design is, how they created the latter art without spilling their ingredients, moving swiftly yet carefully. The top 5 were John Mark Trapani, Martin Gaspar, Johari Sarie, Roy Chavez and Kirt Hispano.
Before we check out their respective entries, let'c check out the Latte Art of Mr. Lorenzo Tandico, Master Barista of Figaro Coffee. He is also one of the judges.
It was hard for the judges because all of their entries were really amazing and remarkable but of course we all know that there will be one that will stand out from the rest.

The Grand Winner is MR. JOHN MARK TRAPANI of Figaro Scout Magbanua Branch.
He won Php 10,000 plus Figaro GC and other prizes from the sponsors.
It's not easy to do Latte Art, it takes a lot of passion, skill and hard work which is why I salute are very talented baristas.
