Girlfriend for Hire Starring Andre Paras & Yassi Pressman: Now Showing!

One of Viva’s favorite love teams is back on the big screen via the much-awaited movie adaptation of the hit Wattpad novel, Girlfriend for Hire. Both Andre Paras and Yassi Pressman got their biggest break in this movie from Viva Entertainment.
Girlfriend for Hire marks the third team up of the two young stars who were first introduced as a pair in the 2014 blockbuster movie Diary ng Panget with James Reid and Nadine Lustre.

In the film, Yassi plays Nami Shaina San Jose, a first year HRM working student; while Andre is Bryle Caleb Stanford, a rich arrogant grandchild of Stanford University founder.
The romantic spin comes in when Bryle hires orphaned poor girl Nami to pretend she’s his girlfriend in order to escape his grandfather’s plan of marrying him off to a women he does not love.
In exchange for Nami’s service, Bryle gives her a posh condo unit and a fat weekly salary but with this catch. She is not allowed to fall in love with him.
This film showcased the chemistry between Andre and Yassi, even though Andre was being paired with another actress in Kapuso Network, it only proves that Andre and Yassi also has a big support group and it was evident during the premiere night. There were a lot of "kilig" scenes in the movie but you might just be a little surprised because Adre and Yassi offered a more mature role here, they're not just the typical teeny bopper love team anymore which proves that anytime in the future, they are ready to showcase their craft in a more mature level. It's obvious that Andre is truly fit for comedy roles just like his father. You'll also have to watch out Clint Bondad, another hottie in the movie aside from Andre who portrays Yassi's neighbor, the hot chef next door.
Supporting Andre and Yassi in Girlfriend for Hire—a co-production of Viva Films and SMDC—are Shy Carlos, Donnalyn Bartolome, Clint Bondad, Ara Mina, and Ronaldo Valdez.
