RCBC Bankard, the pioneering credit card brand, is offering Free for Life Membership Fee for approved Premium card applicants while those who will get approved for an RCBC Bankard JCB Classic or Gold card will receive P1,000 free Uniqlo Gift Certificate, once they use their new card.
