Lido Cocina Tsina (by Panciteria Lido), the restaurant that has been serving nostalgic-Chinese specialties since the 1930s, is now bringing its unique bevy of flavors to La Fuerza, Makati.
Manchurian Chili Wings, which boasts of a unique blend of spices. In this recipe, the chicken wings are friend to a crisp and coated with gingery oriental sauce that is both pleasantly spicy and sweet.
Drunken Lechon Macau
The Drunken Lechon Macau became a hit because it surprises one's palate with burst of wine flavor, as a result of being immersed and cured in wine and wonderful spices for 60 hours prior to cooking.
Led by the restaurant's signature Pugon-roasted Asado, the Lido Cocina Tsina (by Panciteria Lido) menu boasts of a varied assortment of dishes, such as Shantung Pork, Drunken Lechon Macau, Manchurian Chicken Wings, 3 Cups Chicken, and so on. The distinct flavors and aroma of Chinatown are captured in the menu of Lido Cocina Tsina (by Panciteria Lido) through these many nostaigic-Chinese speciaities.
The grand opening started with a blessing followed by a ritual called "Eye Dotting Ceremony" which involves dragon dance.
Featuring Lido's newest, third generation design concept, this modern structure now houses a warm yet vibrant ambiance, conducive for casual dining among families and friends.

During the interview with Ms. Annie Wong, she said that Lido's selling point will always be their signature dish with is the pugon roasted asado plus they make it sure that they offer superior taste and they have fresh ingredients always. "Lido Cocina Tsina is not your usual Chinese restaurant. We are proud of our unique brand of Chinatown cuisine, the result of generations of searching for the best flavors both Chinese and Filipino food can offer," She added.

From a simple eatery nestled in an esquinita in T. Aionzo St., in Sta. Cruz, Manila, Lido Cocina Tsina (by Panciteria Lido) branched out to include 11 more stores located in key areas in Metro Maniia. These are E, Rodriguez, BF Homes Paranaque, Las Pinas, Shaw Boulevard, Visayas Avenue, Pasong Tamo, UN Avenue, Cainta Rizal, Commonwealth Avenue, C. Raymundo in Pasig, and Sucat Paranaque.
The famous Pugon-Roasted Asado, which earned a cult following among Chinese food enthusiasts, was later joined by other Lido Cocina Tsina (by Panciteria Lido) specialties in a perpetually expanding menu.
