Filipinos have always been a big fan of boy bands and boy groups and it's no surprise that we also have our very own boy bands here in the country. GMA Artist Center launches the newest addition to their roster of talents proving that there will always be someone out there who will rise above the rest and prove that they have something to offer to the people especially when it comes to our love for music.

Meet the members of ONE UP, the newest sing and dance boy group:
 Nikki Co
 Kevin Sagra
Jay Arcilla
 Yasser Marta
JoeMarie Nielsen
 Ralf King
Arjan Jimenez
 Dave Bornea
 Prince Clemente
Brent Valdez

The boys mentioned during the media launch that they're still undergoing series of workshops for singing and dancing so that they can perform well but they've been guesting with different GMA Network shows plus doing malls shows as well.

They are being mentored by well known theater and concert director Freddie Santos and singer-composer Jeffrey Hidalgo. The boys have been part of some of the well known artista search via GMA Network which only proves that they really have talent within.

He enjoys being a part of the group and loves to collaborate as well with them. Dave on the other hand mentioned how he really wanted to be active in the showbiz industry and he also enjoys performing in front of the crowd. He added that they are more than just good looks and they have so much more to offer.

Brent and Arjan said that they are grateful for GMA Artist Center for giving them a big break and they also aspire to have an album in the future and maybe write original songs as well. They also wish that they can collaborate or perform with some of the brightest singers and one of them is Julie Anne San Jose.

Joemarie and Yasser said that they are building their foundation as a group as they continue to do a series of training, they're also close to one another, they treat each other like brothers and according to them, they have already designated what each member can give to the group which is why, "walang sapawan na nagaganap."

If the girls out there are curious if they have girl friends well, good news, they're all single. According to Prince and Kevin, it's a decision also from them because at this point they want to concentrate first on their career, Prince have joined Male modelling pageants in the past and is also open to try acting in the future while Kevin have been doing commercials and acting on the side as well.
Jay said that even though he's now part of a boy group, he can still do acting on the side since he also wants to try different things. Although he admits he needs to learn more when it comes to singing, he is dedicated to his craft and wants to give his best for this group. Nikki said that he loves dancing which is why he also contributes on this part, when asked what is their edge to the other boy groups, they said they don't really want to compete they just want to share their talents and make people happy while they showcase their talents when it comes to singing and dancing.
