Crispy Pata will always be one of the most favorite dish of Filipinos like me. This is one dish that will truly make my mouth water and whenever this dish is served in the table, it always feels like there is something to celebrate or there's a feast ongoing. It’s a simple recipe of twice cooked pork leg (“pata” in Tagalog) served vinegar and soy sauce dip. Traditionally the entire rear leg of a pig is used, it is then boiled in water infused with seasonings and spices until tender.

Thankfully, you don't need to celebrate something just to eat something as delectable as Crispy Pata or cook something that will challenge your cooking abilities because the famous all-Filipino food chain which is Open for 25 hours a day is now serving our favorite dish all year round!

Goodah is proud to announce their latest addition to their sumptuous menu! This is definitely a great news to all crispy pata lovers out there.  The Crispy Pata comes with a trio dip: Adobo sauce, Classic soy vinegar and Spicy sweet chili. Whou can resist the savory goodness of Goodah's very own adobo sauce as a dip for crispy pata and another favorite dip is the original soy vinegar but if you want an exciting twist, try the sweet chili sauce.

Crispy Pata is perfect for group meals! For just P599, The whole family or group of friends can enjoy it as ala-carte, you can can also have it as a group meal for only P699 that comes with 4 fried rice and 4 orange juice. This is a special offer you can't resist.

Another new offering of Goodah is their Bulalugaw, for only P369 this is good for 4 to 5 person. This is just perfect for cold weather and rainy days as well. I really love Bulalo and you will surely love the savory Bulalo goodness of this lugaw.
