TUTUBAN CENTER Shopping Challenge: The Ultimate Bargain Experience

Friday, October 28, 2016

Divisoria is still the most famous place come Christmas time because of the drop-down prices of almost anything that you can think of that you may want to buy. I know for one since ever since I was a kid, my grandmother would always go to Divisoria to buy her different materials because she's a dressmaker, she also buys gifts and wrappers at Divisoria. I remember her telling me that she also buys her clothes at Tutuban Center because of the great deals they have there which is really truly. Fast forward today, Tutuban Center is still one of the malls that offers great deals for all our needs.

Andres Bonifacio Monument

What's amazing is that ever since the Duterte Administration started, there's been a lot of wonderful changes across the country and one of them is the remarkable cleanliness at Divisoria. Before, it's used to be one of the dirtiest places in Manila plus whenever Christmas season is around, it's impossible for you to walk freely since it's so crowded the alleys are filled with vendors, there's not a single street where you can walk that fast.

Now, everything's in order and really clean, you will not smell any foul odor as well. This is just perfect because it's Tutuban Center will be more accessible for more people. Lighting is much better now in Tutuban as seen in the Main Station, the heritage building where the original train station stood in the 1800s.

Just in time for the Christmas season, I got this chance to be part of a shopping challenge at Tutuban Center and it was really fun. For Php 1000, how many affordable things can I buy at Tutuban Shopping Center? Let's go on a virtual tour around the place and check out my fab and thrifty bargains.

My first stop was at the RTW section where I bought a sleepwear for only Php 130.00. This is composed of a blouse and shorts perfect for the cold weather come December. You can find different ready to wear clothes here plus towels, undergarments and more. This is located at the Prime Block of Tutuban Shopping Center.

Next stop is at Orignamura store. This is a one-stop-shop for gift ideas, office and school supplies, kitchen wares, bathroom needs and more. I bought some bathroom supplies here as well.

Then off to Toy Store located at the second floor where you can buy almost any toy you can imagine for your "inaanaks". Affordable yet quality and cute finds here and I got to buy some cute stuffs here since they also have gift wrapper and even Halloween costumes too.

For your Christmas decor needs, you can drop by at ASI Novelties. They offer different decors good for all occasions. All are very affordable too.

Last stop is at King's Bakeshop, located at the Food Court Area. I super love all their pastries and breads here, I bought different kinds of bread which me and my Mom really enjoyed. Since I'm a bread lover, this is definitely a one stop bakeshop for me.
