A Surprise Birthday Party fit for an award winning Actor Kristoffer Martin

Truly, Kristoffer Martin have so many things to be thankful of this year, just recently he won PMPC's Star Awards for Best Single Performance when he did Magpakailanman, besting other actors including John Arcilla. He also has a new teleserye via GMA Afternoon Prime "Hahamakin Ang Lahat" with long time love team Joyce Ching. Now that he is celebrating his 22nd birthday, he couldn't be more thankful which is why he wants to thank his loyal fans who's been there for him from the beginning, only this time, he was the one surprised by his fans and GMA Artist Center when they gave him a surprise birthday party.
Just like last year, he was once again overwhelmed and happy all at the same time when he reached the venue. He was not really expecting for any surprise birthday party because he thinks that his birthday has already passed. Of course, GMA Artist Center will not let this month pass by without greeting him on his special day. The event was hosted by Tess Bomb who is also a good friend of Kristoffer Martin.
Another surprise of the night was when Joyce Ching made an appearance and according to Joyce, she wouldn't want to miss this special day of Kristoffer.
During their interview, Joyce mentioned that he already gave Kristoffer her gift on his exact birthday. Since Kristoffer admitted that he is an emotional person, he was really touched when he received her gift, they didn't detailed what it was but Joyce said it also has a letter where she wrote a lot of things that she is thankful for to Kristoffer together with her wish.
#KrisJoy even trended via social media sites when they posted a photo with a hashtag #ExGoals. This made their fans and the netizens love them even more because even though they're not together anymore, both of them said their closeness is still the same and they're very good friends. When asked if there'll be a chance that they'll be back in each other's arms soon, Kristoffer said that they're not closing their doors. They value each other's presence, saying, “We’re doing fine. We’re friends,” “I make it a point to remain friends with my exes. Ayokong masayang yung friendship. Maganda kay Joyce, ganun din siya. Wala kaming problema ever since. Three years na kaming break ngayon. Kung paano kami noon, ganun pa rin kami ngayon.”
With Hahamakin Ang Lahat, Kristoffer Martin and Joyce Ching veer away from the tween tag in this afternoon drama series. It seems to be their goal as perennial onscreen partners since their characters, Junjun and Rachel, are thrown into family life as a result of teenage pregnancy — and true love.
Role-wise, Joyce and Kristoffer have stepped up by being open to portray mature characters. In case they don’t know, the two have matured as well with their personal affairs. They are finally kissing the tween years goodbye. Joyce Ching even had a bathing suit scene on their pilot episode wherein Kristoffer said "sexy!" Joyce said that he cried that time but eventually, she got her confidence from the whole staff and also from Kristoffer.

Since the night is not only for the birthday boy, it's also for their loyal fans which is why Kristoffer and Joyce also a did a duet song number. Before that, some of Kristoffer's loyal fans even gave a sweet message for him, they were also given gifts from GMA Artist Center.
