Andre Paras Celebrated his 21st Birthday at Children's Garden of the Philippines

André Alonzo Forster Paras of better known as Andre Paras, celebrated his 21st birthday at Children's Garden of the Philippines. The said institution provides teen boys with love, food, shelter, education, spiritual guidance and a family living environment.
The event was hosted by Tess Bomb and the boys aging from 10 to 18, all were eager to meet the birthday boy who is also excited to spend time with them. Children's Garden of the Philippines is located in Antipolo City.
The boys prepared a special song number for Andre Paras. There were also exciting games and all of them eagerly participated and to make things even more fun, Andre even joined them without any hesitation, this is one of the many reasons why Andre is surely loved by his fans because he is very down to earth and you can really sense that he loves what he is doing and according to him, he always looks forward doing charity event, he added that even if it's not his birthday, he would still want to do charity events.

Andre has been doing Charity birthdays for about three years now and he said, this always makes his birthday meaningful and doesn't want to stop doing it, this is his one way of sharing the blessings he got for the whole year that he's been busy working.
Aside from sharing gifts to the boys, one thing that they're excited about is to play basketball with Andre Paras. After all, Andre first became know in Basketball just like his Dad Benjie Paras. He used to play for UP and San Beda College. Although he is more active in the showbiz industry now, he said whenever he has time, he plays this sport to keep his body in shape, this 21 year old who stands at roughly at 6'4 said that he missed playing basketball with his brother Kobe and when he is home, they make it a point to spend time together.

Andre celebrated his birthday last November 1 with his family and it was an intimate get together since according to Andre, he is really not the type who loves big parties. Just recently he was part of Usapang Real Love, a weekly series of GMA Network and he was paired with Mikee Quintos for the first time. Andre said it was fun working with her and he added that he doesn't really mind if he'll be paired off with different leading lady for as long as he is busy doing different projects.
Right now, you can catch Andre Paras via Sunday PinaSaya and just recently he became part of Encantadia, reprising the former role of his father Benjie Paras as Wahid. What can he say about being compared with his Dad. "For me, I'm flattered na people say na I walk, talk, and act like him. Hindi ko siya pinapanood. I guess it's natural, Pero sana, I don't want to be like him. Original siya, eh. I don't want to copy anyone. Siguro, kukuha lang ng techniques or idea, but I make it my own. Hindi naman pareho,"
