Saturday, November 12, 2016

Remember when you're still a kid and every time Christmas is fast approaching, you're excited to hung that socks so that Santa Claus will be able to see it come Christmas Eve then put your wished gift on it. I think almost every kid I know does that. Why do we do it? There's something magical about Christmas that we believe our wishes will be granted. But there are wishes way beyond material things that are granted and this is what GMA Network will focus on their 2016 Christmas Campaign.

Something magical will continuously unfold on television as GMA Network launches its 2016 Christmas campaign dubbed "Maniwala Sa Magic Ng Pasko," the first locally-produced 3D animated Christmas campaign. It was launched last November 7, in 24 Oras.

Present during the Christmas Campaign Launch are the following
Kapuso Stars:
 Ryza Cenon
 Hiro Peralta
 Juancho Trivino
 Ken Chan
Ayra Mariano

Also present is Marlann Flores. During the Facebook Live session of the Kapuso stars, they shared that Magic really happens come Christmas time in many ways.  According to them, the new Christmas campaign of GMA Network will bring to life three endearing and magical stories that will inspire viewers to believe in the magic of Christmas.

"During such a busy time of the year, we hope that, by spreading the message of hope, every Kapuso will get to experience the joy and limitless possibilities that come with believing in the magic of the Season," says GMA Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe Gozon.

The story. Magic Crayons, is the first in this three-part series and highlights the magical feeling of having one's wish granted for Christmas in the eyes of a child.

A leader in creativity and innovation, the Network marks another first as it makes use of 3D graphics in its new Christmas campaign, a first in the local television industry.

"It is felt that the use of animated images best complements the essence of our Holiday message this year - to believe in the magic of Christmas. Through this, it is hoped that even our youngest Kapusos will enjoy our campaign and embrace the meaning of our Christmas message this season," GMA President and COO Mr. Gilberto Duavit Jr. shares.

The Maniwala Sa Magic Ng Pasko Christmas campaign comes at the heels of GMA's animated anthology series Alamat's win of the country's first "Best of Festival" Award at the US International Film and Video Festival (USIFVF), a recognition given to an outstanding entry among Gold Camera awardees in the USIFVF.

GMA Network already did something Magical this coming Christmas with their campaign. It will touch your heart and give you hope and inspiration that no matter how hard life is and with so many struggles coming our way, we should never lose faith and continue believing and this should start as a child, the kids around us should never falter in wishing for the best even if it's not Christmas. Through the eyes of a child, every thing is possible.
