GMA Network unveils another original show using the elements of interview, dramatization, actual videos and photos with Case Solved

Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes is tapped to host this newest docu-drama as he presents to the viewers the know-hows of crime prevention. Under the helm of Direk Albert Langitan, Loi Landicho is the head writer while Nini Matilac is the program manager.

Dingdong has done public service in the past years. He was appointed as commissioner of the National Youth Commission in 2014 and wanted to explore more in delving different ways to help the community. According to Dingdong, this project is just perfect since people can now look into different cases that were finally solved in the past.

When Dingdong was asked if he has political plans in the near future since he already have some background when it comes to public service, Dingdong answered with a smile, "that is case not yet solved." meaning he can run in the future, who knows.

The Kapuso prime time king will host "Case Solved," which will narrate stories of landmark crime cases in the country.

This show will teach the viewers about the ins-and-outs of the Philippine justice system.
Dingdong said that he considers his role on "Case Solved" as a form of public service because it teaches viewers how to protect their loved ones, and what to do when they find themselves victims of a crime. When Dingdong accepted the role, he said that he knows he is more capable of handling a serious show now and that he is more responsible in hosting it and being able to narrate how each story has evolved in every case.

When he finally did the taping and learned some of the cases that they will tackle, Dingdong said that he can't help but feel devastated and sad for the victims and the family as well.
"Yung unang episode namin tungkol sa nine-year-old na ni-rape tapos pinatay. Bilang magulang, nakakadurog ng puso na malaman na may ganitong klaseng tao na kayang gawin 'yon," He said.

For now, Dingdong said that he would focus on doing his job as an actor well. Alyas Robinhood will be finishing its run soon and Dingdong will focus more on Case Solved and also on being a loving Husband to Marian Rivera and a doting Father to Baby Zia.

Dingdong said that he will be forever grateful and thankful to GMA Network for continuously giving him worth-while projects that is perfect for him and that he can handle well.
