Face Off OOTD is Inquirer Lifestyle and LOOKbook’s banner fashion show event for 2017
which happened last March 2 at the East Wing of Shangri La Mall, Edsa, Mandaluyong. It was indeed a star-studded event and everyone's excited including me to witness the grand parade of the latest when it comes to fashion and the trendiest creations for this year.
This is of course in partnership with the top brand when it comes to footwear and apparel, Converse Philippines.
The show presented several established designers including JC Buendia, Rhett Eala, Randy Ortiz, Cary Santiago, and Ito Curata alongside emerging talents like Thian Rodriguez, Michael Leyva, Seph Bagasao, KC Pusing, Vania Romoff, Mark Bumgarner, Mark Tamayo, Wilbur Lang, Britt Romero, Rei Escario, Andrea Lopa, Ryan Madamba, Risa Bulawan, Joel Escober, Jerome Ang, Tipay Caintic, KC Alaba, Bon Hansen.
The event was hosted by no less than the fashionable and always outstanding Ms. Tessa Prieto-Valdez and Vince Velasco of GMA Network.
Best Converse #OOTD of the night went to Kapuso stars Benjamin Alves and
Julie Anne San Jose.
Converse Philippines showcased some of the best signatures footwear on the runway. One of them was model-beauty queen Ms. Gwendolyn Ruais.
The result was a presentation of varied looks and styles from colorful gowns to edgy streetwear. Going with the show’s theme of embracing the selfie-centric generation, there was something for every personality or even mood.

Other than the clothes, a few personalities were also spotted on the runway such as Lauren Reid, Kapuso actress Klea Pineda and Binibining Pilipinas Maxine Medina.
