Nowadays, if you're financially capable and knows how to be thrifty, wise in spending money then there's a bigger chance to you're secured in the future but doesn't mean it will always work that way in the long run.

I've seen how my parents worked hard to get where they are today and as they retire, I know that they are secured because they've worked so hard for how many years and they can now enjoy life the way they wanted to. I'm the only child and now that I'm going for middle thirties and I don't have a family yet of my own, even though I am single, I still SHOULD PLAN for my future because the only permanent thing in this world is CHANGE.

Now, I've learned even from the past that Insurance is really a must especially for single people like me so that I can still secure my future. Globally, people have historically aimed at achieving financial security for their dependants and for their own benefit, however, the current economic crises (we are all aware of how Train Law has change our way of spending) are a lesson that retirement can come early due to job loss. Similarly, employees are increasingly faced with other work and health risks that could cost them their dependency to their families of their lives all together. Many cases of disabilities at work are being reported, therefore, it is important for people to get life insurance arranged either officially by the employer or by themselves .

Most people think that getting an insurance is way expensive and can be an added budget to their long list of expenses for a month but come to think of it, if you're really aiming to be secured and worry-free anytime and at any age you are right now then, you should consider having one, NOW.

For someone who is still thinking but considering on having an insurance lately then I strongly recommend Country Bankers Life Insurance Corporation.

More than five decades of service have all the more inspired Country Bankers Life Insurance Corporations (CBLIC) to renew its commitment to provide simple and affordable insurance to Filipino families, especially in its niche market, the rural areas.

CBLIC was established on March 28, 1965 by founding president, Jose E. Desiderio, Sr. who found a niche by addressing the insurance needs of small and medium business entrepreneurs, farmers, fishermen, and public school teachers in rural areas, a market largely untapped in the 1960s.

Today, the third-generation Desiderios continue to uphold this legacy of accessible insurance to low-income Filipinos, with Country Bankers Insurance Group (CBIG) senior vice president and general manager, Geraldine Desiderio-Garcia steering the company to reach more Filipinos.

Country Bankers Life Insurance is the choice insurance provider in the countryside because it has made affordable, reliable insurance plans accessible to rural folk. Its micro-insurance products also help educate Filipinos on the benefits of insurance by promoting its value to a broader market.

CBIG has two subsidiaries: CBLIC, a life insurance provider, and Country Bankers Insurance Corporation (CBIC) for non-life insurance products.

Today, CBLIC continues to develop a wide array of insurance plans that are not only practical and relevant, but also provide the necessary support for plan holders in times of need.

Among these is the Classic Benefit Plan, offering insurance protection up to age 96 and  is payable in a three-, five-, seven-, or 10-year period.

Alalay sa Buhay (ASB), on the other hand, provides renewable one-year insurance to individuals 13-70 years old for only Php 365, with natural and accidental death benefits.

ASB is also available for families and seniors, with ASB family being renewable up to age 70 for principal insured and covers up to 3 to 5 family members for only Php 750 for one unit.  ASB for Seniors covers individuals ages 71-80 and offers insurance for one year for only Php 1,000 for one unit.

Country Bankers Fire Insurance
Another type of insurance will make us think ahead and be vigilant against disasters that calls for an emergency fund. Now that summer is just around the corner, the heat can be really tough nowadays and fire can be rampant at some areas.

The unpredictability and destructiveness of fire incidents still warrant a more efficient and reliable means of protecting lives and property.  While some Filipinos think fire insurance is unnecessary, it is time to change that old view.

Responding to the need for home security, Country Bankers Insurance Corporation (CBIC), a subsidiary of CBIG, has come up with low-cost insurance products that cover a wide array of non-life insurance including motor vehicle and fire.
CBIC’s fire insurance provides options that fit different lifestyles – from fire and lightning (buildings and/or contents), as well as several situations such as during earthquakes, typhoons and floods. Optional supplementary covers may also be availed from clearing of debris, and firefighting expenses, to household employee belongings.

Let's face it, we really can't control what will happen in the future so let's just take note of the most used line we Filipinos have heard lately -" ADVANCE AKO MAG-ISIP" and get an insurance now, but not just any insurance, get an insurance that understands you and will really take care of you and your family and what you've worked hard for, get COUNTRY BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE and you'll surely thank me in the future because I recommended you to have it, with Country Banker Insurance Group,
Kapag Sigurado, Hindi Kabado!

Thank you so much Country Bankers Insurance Group for having us, this is my second year being invited in their Bloggers Conference and I really appreciate it!
