Cordis, Hong Kong introduces seven all-new themed coffee breaks for meeting planners and delegates, including Mongkok experience, Red Panda Picnic Fun, Hong Kong Geopark, The Chinese Five Elements, Season Greetings, Wellness in the City and Chocolate & Coffee.

Mongkok Experience 
Famous for its vibrant markets, Mongkok is a neighborhood for all travelers seeking authentic local experiences. With the use of floor-to-ceiling high definition LED video walls, Mongkok street market stalls and the well-known tourist attractions are fully recreated at the hotel, such as the Flower Market, Fruit Market and Goldfish corner, tea restaurant Cha Chaan Teng, Egg waffle trolley and herbal tea shop. Guests may also enjoy a range of local flavors by sampling Hong Kong’s signature egg tarts,egg waffles, tea leaf eggs, fresh fruit, Hong Kong style milk tea, lemon water and more.


Red Panda Fun
During this picnic themed coffee break, a spread of varied delights is set on an emerald artificial grass table,with an ice-pop trolley serving homemade popsicles. Guests are momentarily transported to a breezy afternoon in the park. The hotel’s children mascot Cody, a character based on the endangered red panda, will also be appearing to take pictures with guests.


Hong Kong Geopark
The Geopark themed break brings the guests to appreciate the spectacular natural scenery of Hong Kong with a backdrop replicating Hong Kong’s signature rock formations and enjoy delicacies using only sustainably sourced seafood to support the conservation of environment. 


The Chinese Five Elements
Traditional Chinese Medicine-inspired Chuan Spa themed break offers guests a sense of wellness and serenity in the midst of bustling Mongkok. Nourishing dim sum delicacies and freshly brewed Chinese tea will be served while contemplating the flowing water movement (Chuan) on LED screens to restore inner balance, tranquility and strength. Chuan Spa therapists will help guests to relax and recharge with a 5 to 10 minute massage session.


Season’s Greetings
Inspired by the beauty of nature, the Four Seasons themed break provides very different flavors and presentation with each season’s own charm and elegance. As an example, Spring is the season of transformation and fresh beginnings. Spring refreshment station serves milk poached black cod, sweet pea and mint emulsion, citron tea gel and strawberry, champagne and rhubarb trifle with elder flower custard.


Wellness in the City 
For guests looking after their personal well being, this healthy break offers an array of well-balanced food such as seasonal fresh fruits, fruit juices freshly squeezed in the juice baror smoothies, premium nuts or wellness teas. Nostalgic Hong Kong candies are also prepared for guests with a sweet tooth.


Chocolate & Coffee
Chocolate and coffee are the best catalysts for a productive meeting. Guests will find top quality single-origin chocolates and live chocolate dessert station, perfectly blending with the rich and flavorful characteristics of the coffee.

Cordis, Hong Kong provides four spectacular venues which can accommodate 50-420 guests. Venues include The Ballroom (Level 7) with a ceiling height of seven metres, signature roof-top Star Room (Level 42) with a spectacular view over Hong Kong, Shanghai Room (Level 8) and Shantung Room.
